The Graduate School of Public Administration Lomonosov Moscow State University (GSPA MSU) is a joint project of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov and the National School of Administration of France (ENA) aimed at training middle and senior managers for the Russian state bodies, state corporations, public-private partnerships and large businesses.
Our graduates should be ready to address a wide variety of tasks in the area of public administration. The Master’s program in Public Administration is aimed at training civil servants (categories “administrators”, “assistants (advisers)", “specialists"), municipal servants (superior, main and leading positions) and officials from the personnel reserve. The competitive advantages of the program are as follows: problem-solving tasks in public administration, practical case studies, master classes, workshops, seminars, foreign language learning (English). Studies at the GSPA include managerial practical training sessions, specialized courses on current issues in public administration and the administrative reform. The graduates possess all the necessary skills, which guarantee effective functioning of governmental and municipal institutions, organizations, and legal entities with state participation.

Business Administration in Government Relations, MBA GR. Tuition fee - 480 000 rubles per 2 years, payments per semester. Possible to pay in installments: 120 000 rubles per semester.
The program aims at providing individual training of highly qualified managers for GR-departments in businesses. Our graduates possess strong and profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of state and business management, psychology of contact, cooperation between business and state authorities, public management, economics and law, as well as up-to-date skills for professional work with state bodies on the federal and regional level.
The school provides academic and practical training for directors (vice-directors), deputies or advisors/consultants in the field of government relations.
